- In the case of a reply to an enquiry submitted via the contact form, the company Choceň Brewery s.r.o., with its registered office at Pernerova 95, 565 01 Choceň, processes the following personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (formerly also referred to as the “Regulation”):

- The name, surname, email and telephone number must be processed in order to respond to an enquiry made using the contact form. This personal data will be processed by Pivovar Choceň s.r.o. for a period of 6 months.
- The processing of personal data is carried out by Pivovar Choceň s.r.o., i.e. the data controller.
- Please note that according to the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to:
- Request information from us about what personal data we process,
- request an explanation from us regarding the processing of your personal data,
- request access to this data and have it updated or corrected,
- request that we delete this personal data – however, this deletion will result in the termination of the contract negotiations,
- contact us or the Data Protection Authority if you have any doubts about our compliance with our data processing obligations.
